Privacy
KumiBrief turns text you paste into a short brief. There is no account.
What we send
When you create a handoff, we send your paste to Google through the Gemini API. We also send the length you picked, the AI name you picked, and the language choice. We send the text so the model can write the brief.
What we do not store
We do not store the paste. We do not store the brief. We do not use a cookie to track you.
The brief stays in this browser tab. A refresh or a closed tab removes it.
Logs
Our log has a request id, the path, the status code, and how long the call took. It does not have the paste, the brief, or the API key.
Daily counts
One network can make 3 handoffs a day. The whole site stops at 200 a day. We may change these limits. Both reset at midnight UTC.
A handoff counts when we send your text to the AI company. If the brief fails, it still counts. That call can still cost money.
We keep a count for your network for that day. We turn the network address into a code that changes the next day. We do not store the address as text, and we do not store your paste with the count. The next day, the old count is deleted.
The host and the AI company
The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare sees the network address in order to deliver the page. Our own log does not include that address.
We use a paid Gemini API key. Under Google's paid terms, Google does not use your text or the brief to improve its products. Google keeps prompts and replies for a limited time, only to detect abuse and for legal reasons. Read the current terms: Gemini API terms.
